About me
Visual art is a powerful third dimension to other forms of communication. Its importance has been recognized throughout human history. It defies language and time. To me, nature is the only comparable force. For this reason, a lot of my work is inspired by the natural world. I hope that my pieces remind audiences of their connection with nature and most of all, their love for our world. At such a critical time to achieve progress towards addressing the deterioration of our climate, I believe that love is a much stronger motivating force than fear.
I LOVE the world around me! I love people and their habits, I love the ocean in my home state of Maine, I love the Rocky Mountains and the afternoon thunderstorms that form in between them, I love the canopy of Live Oaks over Savannah, GA where I go to school, I love listening to music and riding my bike and seeing the stars and channeling all that to create something that resonates with others.
